What is the least Grade you need to take ? In Paper 3
like out of 80 ?

Depends on the GTs, they change every year. But for an A you need, an average, of about 48/80. A* would be around 65

It's actually lower for Biology. 30/60 is needed for an A in paper 32.
But then again, the checking must be severely strict if the thresholds are that low.

I think so or even more
I hope it is in the range of 150s

Don't know about variant 1, but variant 2 was pretty hard, so our's will be really low. (hopefully)
