how the hell do u do the speed of water question!

12L = 12000 cm cubed
12000/4 = 3000 cm cubed per minute

They gave you the radius.
pie(r)^2 = 1.72cm (cross section area, if i remember correctly)

You need 3000 cm cubed of water to flow out of 1.72 cm squared every minute.

1.72/x = 3000
x = 1744
