Not really One is correct if you are referring to Risk with people..... Although I think Rejection on it's own is correct (because it can be tissue or organ rejection)

yaah u r right in da sense dat they make tissues or organs from stem cells n den transplant dem so dere cud da risk....therefore all three are correct!!!
