I'm sorry but instead of expecting people to spoon-feed you whole speeches, you should research a little bit and write it yourself.

You cannot write an emotional speech on such a topic on purpose. All you have to do is to write a proper speech starting from the history and ending in the detailed ways to eliminate it. Add some quotations and a few reasonable examples you've seen anywhere around you, it'll become a heart-wrenching one by itself, if you write it in a proper way.

well i think you should do some research on it and then actually feel the topic , u know like really try to feel and imagine that suppose u could have been born poor and then u had to do child labour , how would have you felt..........the words will automatically come to you , approach the audience in the same sense.....give them examples of different types of child labour going on and its effect on those children , then ask audiance how would have they felt.......I had a presentation to give on child labour two years ago , all i did was do some readings online to have some data to back up my claims.... and then it just came up naturally , i won the award for the best presentation too. I went way over my time but it felt so important to make those people realize , and some finally did.
oh yeah try to explain child labour in a few words too and then in the end give a solution it..like we can not completely eradicate child labour but we can atleast reduce the work load on those children and give them more wages and also provide education to them and health facilities , make them do work which they are capable of not whats dangerous for them ..... ( dnt use this wording i just gave u an idea , make it eloquent) oh yeah reah read a good speech too so you can get an idea of how a speech should sound

Child Labor! a topic we often read about in newspapers article and columns but have we ever thought about the real concern? the real reason? We think it is appropriate to comment on the way of parenting for those parents who force their children to work at an early age, but have we thought about why do they do it? and how much burden their hearts bear?

this was just the introduction, you can continue it by explaining reasons and such.
