Found U , had to go very deep thoughsimple,
take the 40% of the total frequency and find its corresponding value from the graph

(a +b )^2 = a ^2 +b^2 +2ab
(6)^2 = a^2 + b^2 +2*7
36= a^2 +b^2 +14
36-14 = 22
a^2 + b^2 = 22
ans is 22
