so the frist one is 20n+12 because for example try that to star 1 you'll get 32
like for example 20 is for the difference between each star but if you only add 20 to the frist star you only get 20 and you need to get 32 so you add to (n+1) 11+11 which gives you 12 and you add that to 20 and you get the star 1 you can try it for star 2 you'll also get 52.

why did we assume that 19 is the n-1?
why isnt it the n itself
+ he said it didnt touch the first triangle shouldnt we divide 359/18.4
since its not a complete rotation?

look at the first part , here they have givn us her yearly income i.e. 40,000
money she spend = 40,000-12000 = 28000
money she spend on bills = 28000-6000-10,800 = 11200
