I think there was a doubling in the chromosome number right? Can you remind of the exact sequence

Also, was the answer A, B, C or D?

Does goblet cells secret enzymes to destroy bacteria? I think it is wrong, right?

And, the transpiration process, involves the mass flow of water through xylem vessel, right?

The question says, which of the 4 processes are involved in transpiration
1. evaporation of water
2.diffusion out of the stomata
3.mass flow of water through xylem tube
4.something about sucrose

Is point 3 involved?

and are you sure about the goblet cell thing? There was another option that made me confused, but I don't quite remember it.
I think it is smooth muscle - constriction of "SOMETHING I forgot what it is" Do you remember it?

Please if anyone remember the last point tell me what is it :)

The option about the goblet cells secreting enzymes was the correct answer as they secrete mucus not enzymes
The layers that allowed the artery to resist changes in pressure were the elastic and muscle layer
D was the answer as anything with smooth endothelium was incorrect as its function is to minimize friction
