Princess1997 if u will learn chapter 2 thoroughly u will pass with an A grade
It doesn't mean chapter 3 and 4 are not important but usually 55% percent of the paper is from chap 2 <<<<<<

There is a point that much stuff comes from chapter 2 however it won't take cie much time in changing the trend so just focus on the important parts of chaps 2,3,4 u will surely get a good grade

Can someone explain for me CTI and Index Sequential

CTI software is used in call centres, it's discussed on page 42.

Indexed sequential files are stored in order, and they are stored on disk to enable some form of direct access. Each record consists of fixed length fields....etc etc. It's on page 39
