Well, it is a mean thing to do, but I did once... There was this man, wearing a very loose shirt and his pants were so down that they were on the point of falling any moment:eek:! This guy was over 40, i think and was a little over-weight. By seeing his dress code at such an age, I don't know why, but i felt like bursting with annoyance! My hairs were tingling, seriously!:p
