Can someone please tell me that what O'levels subjects are being offered in Pakistan that are general and easy and can be covered in a few months without any tution.

Umm I'll suggest you to take commerce , it can be covered in 3-4 months without taking any tuition etc ..
You may take economics as well but it's not that easy for everyone ...! Though I've covered that subject in 2 months but again you'll be requiring some good teacher as well ...
I've seen students getting B's in economics and business studies even after studying it for 2-3 years ..
