Binyamine
i am Binyamine Kurmally 25 years old, a Mathematics Educator for Secondary Level and i am from a small "paradise" island called Mauritius. I really love my job and wish that i improve to become a better teacher. I am an adept of the humanistic approach that is i am convinced that in people there is good, so let us build on their little good so that they can become better person to serve the society.
I prefer my students to become responsible and the best way to achieve that end is to communicate with them, speak words of truth, be sincere and show that you care for them and want the best for them and that they are not useless., they have the potential to be much better.
I prefer to live like friend with my students but i would give you a hard time if you try to take advantage. When needed, i will be really strict, tough because your parents are making so many sacrifice to send you to school and they want you to succeed. So we cannot cheat on them.
I want insha'Allah to become a better muslim and we need to have trust in Allah and Allah alone.
