Mathematics help needed

I need you to look at the Mathematics extended paper 43 for 2010, for CIE IGCSE. Question 1(C). I keep on getting the answer 21.5%. Using the equation 30 x r% x 5/100 = 32.25 i got this answer. The Mark scheme insists that 32.25 is 2.25, anyone got any idea about this? Thank you in advance
