CAn we Discuss P4 now????

I got 4V and -0.12V! I hope that's okay though.. :S And how do we know to how many significant figures our answers should be (unless specified in the question)? :S They don't really penalize us for that, do they?

I just wanted to know, when asked to draw histograms, and if the frequency values and the numbers are already given, will a simple bar chart suffice, with axes labelled frequency and number? Or do we have to calculate frequency density and all that? :S I'm actually referring to Q1...

Y is parallax error a systematic error? It's not caused by faulty instruments! I wrote random error... under which I think, parallel error comes, because it depends on the care of the experimenter.
