HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 5 PPL ? HOW WAS YOUR EXAM ?

Btw what were your percentage uncertainties? I got like 1.96% and 0.8%

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 5 PPL ? HOW WAS YOUR EXAM ?

Um I just wrote, do repeats of the measurements of lengths using a ruler, take averages, keep temperature, pressure (and hence volume of helium constant) by filling it to a set pressure level using a pressure gauge to measure pressure, keep length of string constant, and for safety I had noo...

HOW WAS PHYSICS PAPER 5 PPL ? HOW WAS YOUR EXAM ?

Yeah I guess you could use an anemometer, but since its not in our syllabus, I dont know if the examiners expect us to know that, what I did was use a fan with different speeds, use light gates, find the time taken for baloon to move a certain distance, and use d/t to find speed. Because the...

I Have some simple questions about PHYSICS PAPER 5, PLEASE READ

Ok, when we draw a line of best fit, do we extend it so it reaches both the axis, or is there no need to extrapolate it? AND, when they ask us for the gradient, do we also put in units for the gradient??

Chemistry 42....how did it go?..expected GT

Um wasnt it attach to the OH groups? Because I remember it being a repeated question

Chemistry 42....how did it go?..expected GT

Yeah, the amide was right next to the ester group

Chemistry 42....how did it go?..expected GT

And for the polymer question, the monomers were a Dicarboxylic acid and a Dihydric Phenol right? (Phenol with 2 OH groups) and the modification would be to use instead of the phenol, a Di phenyl amine, so that Hydrogen bonds can form between amide chains ( Just like in secondary stucture of...

Chemistry 42....how did it go?..expected GT

Did anyone get 0.0560 or something as the concentration of A in the electrochemistry/organic henna question? also, what was used to reduce that compound? A strong reducing agent like LiALH4 right? because NaBH4 is too weak Im assuming

    how was chem. p5

The Question clearly states, draw a curve OR line of best fit, so a line which extends into a curve, or a straight line throughout which passes through the origin could both have been correctly drawn. The question asked IF the graph was suitable to confirm Boyle's Law, and if you drew a...

    Physics 42.... How'd it go?????

Ok so Physics 42, 1) was the displacement in the shm question 2cm? 2) In the x ray attenuation question in Section B, what were the 2 answers, if you guys are unable to remember it,( which is most likely the case) could you atleast tell me the method? as in was it 1/e-attenuation...
