Original values must be used at all times, although values low as 3.6666666 to 3.67 won't affect your answers in any other part. Simply because if you get 3.6666 or 3.67 and if you use any of the both values in another part of a question, your answer will still be accurate when you round it off...

Only the answers should be rounded to 3sf, the original value has to be used for further calculations (if any)

Grade threshold question

I've been reading the GT of a few papers, I'm unclear about certain aspects. For example I'm giving Mathematics (9709) AS level paper 12 and paper 62 (P1,S1) The minimum grade threshold to obtain grade 'E' suggested in paper 12 for 2013 May/June was Component 12: 21/75 Marks Component 62...
