    as in on the paper it says . it was paper 2 so there are three papers (varients) for paper 2 for different countries and regions paper 21 , 22 and 23

    You cant really study for english.. paper 11 is quite easy as the first question is short answer questions and then directed writing i think just check earlier past papers and you will be fine :)
