GCE CIE O' Level exam recheck- so grades imrpove?

Please somebody help me. I got B in Physics, Biology and Urdu first language. Component grades for physics are A, B & C. For Biology component grades are B, A, C and for urdu i got B, A. Should i go for recheck and which components. Is that going to improve my grade. Since I am in Pakistan...
