    according to wat my teacher sed : u compare the Mr of the gas you have with Mr of nitrogen gas since it takes 79% of air so Mr of nitrogen is 28 CO2 is 44 which means its more dense than air hope this helped:)

    yeah , its the precipitation method or smthing say u want to prepare lead iodide u prepare it using aq.lead nitrate and aq sodium iodide to get lead iodide and sodium nitrate
