FrostFlash I think it refers to other muslims... if our brother does a mistake.... we hear of it.. we try to find excuse and think good of them.. that's how I understood it... Allah knows bst...

bt cld it be like, the hypocrite tries to find faults in the religious command but the believer has an excuse fr not performing it( e.g: in battle of Tabuk three believers could not accompany the muslim army and so they later admitted their mistake, they had an excuse for not doing it...)

I don't know... seemed to me it's about being judgemental... it's not my place to judge a person.... Allah S.W.T is the judge.. n I should try not to forget that...
coz faults n excuses are for our mistakes... not for commands... I guess..
