How irritating the fact that diamond is carbon, after these CIE's diamond no longer seem worthy to students. (sorry, but cudnt resist saying tht while studying chem now)

but why.. what if its carbon.. its a carbon that has gone through so much.. to be at the state it is.. so ppl admire it..
(no need to say sorry.. its perfectly ok)

Carbon is black, why shiny transparent diamond!? SubhanAllah.
Carbon go through many things, it is everywhere! again SubhanAllah.
Yet I still don't like that fact.

hmm still, i think its a good thing to think abt.. two human beings made of same mud n clay.. yet one can b a diamond.. other a graphite.. based on how it has been tested..

Very very true and wise. But let me make it clear, that it is carbon which I like and not diamond. Carbon is much more precious than to be turned to diamond.

hmm.. was talking from point of view of genral ppl..
now carbon is important in its own way.. among them is being the medium through which kids learn to write.. the pencil..

Oh, okay.
I like it, because it is atleast 1/3 of Alevel syllabus. It is in everything, cells, plastic, computer, used a CO2 for photosynthesis, we breath it out, electricity, many other stuff.
But when made to diamond i hate it.

but why hate the diamond..? coz ppl like it.. flock to it..?

Partly yes. Probably because people waste lots of money on nothing, like seriously nothing, a gram or two!

Hmm.. Point...
But some ppl use it as tool for industrial drills etc.. For cutting... That's. A good use..
Maybe it's people's fault they overspend on it...

That is the only good thing about diamond!! (i like it only when used correctly.)

You have a practical way of seeing things..which is good... Not everyone is like that...
Yes media is there but ppl have liked it since long ago.. Maybe coz its good lookingn hard to find...

pressure on graphite turns it in2 diamonds.. ryt?
