I don't really know about this BUT from what I do know, it's when the individual takes his chances of winning the game into consideration and pays a amount that is not going to result in him being in loss. Still, you should ask someone who knows about this. If you get the meaning of it then you will be easily able to solve such questions.

Paper 2 is a lot of effort, really. It takes up a lot of your time. However, if you want Computing or Computer Science in the future then go for it because it is very beneficial for students who want to pursue the subject in the future.
