It was a very hot day. And we were supposed to lose more heat, to stabilize the body temperature.

I wrote that on a hot day there would be more sweating, and a drink with high water content should be used. The water content of C was least, as the graph showed people who took C had less urine volume. So such a drink should be avoided. Drinks with high water content will prevent dehydration.
