And I can not trust the compilations of Imam AlBukhari or Muslim, as I can trust the Quran, because Allah swt took responsibility to safeguard Quran, and we can not find anyone responsible of preserving their (compilations') actual content.

I mean its again the mankind who is passing on all those hadiths to us.
Moreover, Imam Bukhari and Muslim too were 'humans' couldnt they make any mistakes? And even if I agree that yes what they compiled was all authenticated, how can you say that the hadiths which we study today are the exactly same copies of what the Imams compiled?

if Allah swt has said in his very own book that "obey Allah and his messenger" , (ie the saying and doings of the prophet pbuh. ) do you doubt what he has preserved in the form of sunnah , though he hasnt clearly stated anything abt safeguarding it . or is it that you doubt the level of faith and iman our compilers had ,

u mean to say they must hv changed it or must hv corrupted it ,then u hv got serious trust issues. (no hard feelings).
if Allah can protect the Quran , he can obviously take care of the sayings and doing of the prophet. it is upon us on how much do we believe in it , this can also be a test from Allah to us, mayb he wants to test our level of imaan.

no doubt to some extend there are a few weak (dhaeef) hadith whoz chain of narration or smth or theother is missing, what do we do is not take those into much consideration, rather go for the ones that are sahih.
y do you think imam bhukhari dedicated his entire life to compilation of the hadith ! undoubtedly his work is remarkable.

as u said "how can you say that the hadiths which we study today are the exactly same copies of what the Imams compiled?"' i believe that Allah swt would never let someone's hardwork go into vain. he must be protecting his and all others work .. what do we know . our job is to follow what Allah swt had commanded us to follow through the quran and sunnah .

Allah hasnt mentioned about safeguarding Quran, and not about preserving hadiths. no, no, no, whatever their level of faith was, it must be much more than mine, at least, and their was of course remarkable, something I do not even have guts to think of doing, perhaps,

but after all, they too were humans, and those who passed their work to us.
And yes, in this case, I do have trust issues. I can not trust someone who I haven't met, and whom Allah hasn't told us to trust.
" he can obviously take care of the sayings " he can, He hasnt promised to.

this can also be our test of the "tehqeeq" we do before believing something or someone.

hope who have read everything thats on the link i gave ?
yes he hasnt said anything on safeguarding the hadith, but ias i said he has mentioned several times in the quran that follow the quran and sunnah , if u dont u r going against the quran , isnt it ?
if only Allah did not protect the sunnah why would he command us to follow it ? ofc there is some hikmah of his..
extremesuser
extremesuser
let me ask u a question .. do u speak out each and everything u do ? no right , similarly Allah swt did not mention he would be save guarding the sunnah , thats in his knowledge

if u say that u dont dubt the level iman they had and their sincerity and dedication in compilation of the hadith , then u must not even come up with such doubts.
tell me is it better to follow something that is doubtfull or 100% wrongg or is it better to follow smthg that 99.9 % correct ..
extremesuser
extremesuser
it would be 100% wrong to not consider the sunnah in your religious practices.. and it is very much better to follow smthg that has been commanded.. even though u hv a little doubt abt it.

you must be offering the 5 times obligatory salah .. isnt it ?
yes that is mentiooned in the quran ?
extremesuser
extremesuser
now the question is .. who is going to teach you to offer it .. obviously the sunnah, both quran and sunnah go hand n hand
now i dnt think u can neglet prayers..or say no i dont think its right !
