before this he told his ppl about Allah that He created me and he guides me, it is he who gives me food and drink..
BUT then here he doesnt say he makes me ill then cures me RATHER when I am ill, it is He who cures me.. such love and respect for Allah s.w.t that what could possibly be thought of as negative(illnes) by his ppl, he attributed it to himself.
