no, idea abt any specific dua like that.... but since Allah tells us 'Odooni Astajib lakum'(40:60) 'call on to me, I'll answer ur prayesrs' so just call Allah in a humble sincere dua... Praise Allah, snd durood on Prophet (S.A.W) and ask of ur need....
oh n whn u r in vouluntary salah, you can Also ask Allah for dua in sajdah (after subhana rabbial a'la).
