lol.. no probs.. I recently told sum1 here If you ever do feel that down, you can turn to salah... I have heard scholars say whn RasoolAllah(S.A.W) had some matter on his mind he would turn to salah... it fits perfecly with his statement: "The coolness of my eyes is in Salah."(Ahmad)
n its true that salah(and zikr of Allah) relieves stress and those feelings... in my experience especially if we make dua in sujood...

well to be honest I also have ups and downs sometimes... and at times for no reason too.. salah helps.. and Quran.. and going out on the rooftop to get a break (for me it works :D) n fresh air.. Alhamdulillah. plus dua helps a lot.

True Truee !! breeze from the window works for me alot and i love to see sky, that helps me too, on my small stress i just get to my window and ofcourse Pray to Allah for my relieve (though it annoys my family alot :p) here in Saudi Arabia we mostly cant go to rooftops :/ 'cause of the Hijab system
anywy i thought i only do that, nice to hear from you aswell :p

LOL.. window is good too, Alhamdulilah.. I use it at times too.. but I think u can use the rooftop with ur jilbab/hijab... :p

it's true how amazing Allah's creation of sky is..
"[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks?"

'course i can but i need to see sky almost more than 20 times a day, wont it look awkward if i come and go there for more than 20 times :p ? plus my family will be more annoyed :p
