like islamic philosophy, its relation to religious thinking, Sufism , n shi'ism... n dont teme to google it, i dont just get their point.. i mean their belief is soo different, its a hell lot confusing :/

sufi.. comes from sauf (a form of thick wool that doesn't feel nice to wear).. as far as I know they try to go spiritually but sometimes they go to extreme in leaving the dunya (like monks).. our deen has balance.. there is no total monasticism in Islam.. we take our portion from this world while staying healthy spiritually. http://islamqa.info/en/ref/47431
