if that doesn't wrk, go to this site:
https://surfmeproxy.com/
and type youtube.com in the box and click surf.. and bravo (a lil bit slow for u bt shuld wrk....)
if u don't want utube u can use www.dailymotion.com it's a video site bt is a kid compared to utube.. :D

umm actually YouTube is banned in our country... so https://surfmeproxy.com/ won't work either ..... i'll search on dailymotion.. btw thank you :)

ok, those were solutions for kids... I kno u r a little tech savvy so for u is this:

it explains how to setup the proxy settings in ur browser (use port 80 as it shows).. utube unblocked, goodluck.
plz be warned, proxys r a security risk so NNEVER login to any of ur accounts whn using them.. disable them whn finish using (or keep a seperate browser for them)

luk, utube is flash vid, so it'll work.. java is different.. and u need not to worry about it...it wrked fine 4 me.. (and java script sumting is different)
luk, goto options of ur browser and find network--> (proxy) settings --> select manual proxy --> enter 184.73.72.5 in box and set 80 as port number --> check 'use this for all protocols' and click OK! done.. now visit youtube.com

b/w its a free proxy so it limits wht websites u can view using it... wd only allow for youtube.com etc... so it does do ur wrk...

ur welcome (feel like calling u a noob)... each day that proxy ip address changes so u'll needa visit their site to get new addresses and change it in ur settings...
after u r done don't forget to disable the proxy settings (and as I said dnt log in ur account whn on it)..
P.S. hope ur trust in my technical (geeky) abilities is restored.. XD
