I study engineering.. mechanical engg... and today, I really needa study a subject called Renewable energy.. sounds so harmless, but our teacher is this big shot post-doctorate guy... and he burdens us much with studies.. :/
I always say teaching is an art and a science.. v.few ppl kno how to make it fun.

True....and a lot of the time the tchr's way affects the students love for the subject! I luv teaching bt sumtyms I don't hav so much patience! :/

the trick to teaching is to take it step by step and to use loads of real-life examples...n to keep it interesting , one has to keep the students engaged by asking easy questions (not spelling evrything out) and if they fail to answer you keep giving hints until they use their head to get to a conclusion.. if they make a wrong guess u dnt spell out the answer rather u explain y they r wrong so they keep thinking..

well my class ended last may, since then hav been on a break.. but now it seems m gonna be forced to teach a cousin maths/physics... Although I love teaching, I dislike teachin online, bit hard to read face of ur student...Anyways, let's c.. may Allah make it a success, Aameen.

well i dint do anything official...bt evry friday in the holidays, i used to help teach translation/tafseer of qur'an....and i actually reaaly enjoyd it! plus sumtyms wen i teach concepts to my mates, they say i shud be a teachr someday....

MAy Allah bless you in your efforts! masha'Allah that is the best form of teaching.. “ The best among you (muslims) are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it (to others).” Bukhari. so go for it.
I also started with unofficial stuff, teaching friends.. and they used to like it.. infact even today I taught sumting to friends in class. you should wrk to learn n teach Quran if possible..

Alhamdulillah....yeah only aftr i started, i realized hw much i enjoyed it! And the best thing is, i feel most comfortable teaching anything abt the Qu'an rather than any other subject! I've taken religious studies in my Alevels, so tht I can teach later on InshaAllah! Plz pray for me!
