(use an alternate browser if u have one)
go to http://www.surfbouncer.com/free_proxy.htm
it xplains how to set up a proxy... with the ip address given. after u have used it do disable it.

in short u needa do this:
goto options of ur browser and find network--> (proxy) settings --> select manual proxy --> enter 174.129.47.65 in box and set 80 as port number --> check 'use this for all protocols' and click OK! done.. now visit youtube.com
