2) I cant even upload a Doc,Pdf or .jpg image..Shows an Error...

at my side too..working a bit slow...but again i'm not sure it's the site problem or not...having issues with my net too...but thet quick reply,,or otherwise the reply thing does not appear for sometime...this wasn't so, before..
