cant tell about a particular guide coz i myslef never went with any. Studying the book and understanding the concept? MAke notes on each topic,earn those and you will get the concept..

You dont need to overburden yourself. Just try your best.Its olevels.Aevels matters the most.Dont panic too much. Get relaxed,make a timetable and carry on with the acadmey.
