According to your passport, you full name is 'Ahmed Raza' so I don't see the confusion its causing.

Guyz my full name is Ahmed Raza(when i had given my passport to make i GIVE my full name Ahmed raza to passport office,when my passport made I have seen MY name is given as Ahmed and Surname as Raza which is correct)(but on my previous record of O level results or Statment of entry my name is written as Ahmed Raza)so if i will fill the form what name should i give according to the passport)

LOOK AT THIS passport .
THE given name is SHAHNAWAZ AND ON HIS surname his name is given as KHALID,
iN THE SAME WAY MY GIVEN NAME IS aHMED AND surname as raza(so if i will give the copy of my passport to the british council they will not identify me)

THERE IS NOT PROBLEM!!

But according to the passport surname is given first then my first name
so should i follow the passport pattern
because in form it says:write name as in passport?
so please reply dude?
