no ur not dumb.. the story is not that famous.. actually Amr R.A was appointed as imam of some ppl by RasoolAllah S.A.W... in fajr he had to lead them but he needed to take a bath 1st... it was v.cold (fear of death frm cold)... he didn't take it rather did tayamum n led.. later hel told RasoolAllah S.A.W about it.. Prophet asked him at it..
