    in the grade threshold documents they always write the total marks are out of 130 instead of 140, what i've heard is that they multiply your practical marks by 0.75 to get them out of 30 instead of 40. so 60+40+30= 130 total. so in your case you'll get 15+34+(34x0.75)= 74.5.
