Need help regarding Grade thresholds

For example the biology A* for option cx is 154 in the link attached but after adding up the maximum grades of cx components it results in 160 which is unreasonable, i'd only score a star for only losing 6 marks. My question is: is this what really happen, am i supposed to lose 6 marks or 46...
