A levels or SAT I & II?

I recently took my AS level exams of CIE this May. I want to apply in universities of Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong. So do I continue my A2 levels exams or do SAT I & II instead? Do these countries accept SAT or A levels results, i mean which one do they prefer? Should I leave my A2 exams or...
