Help! AS ICT Access Relationship Question

Guys, when we are relating the tables, in join type we should choose the second option right? But I am always confused with rather to tick enfore integrity or not, on mark schemes they did not tick. But the relationship diagram will not show the 1 to infinite symbol. Should I tick or not?
