    Theory is not so hard. I reckon the majority of us were more concerned with practicals. A little revision and past paper practice (which is essential since similar questions are repeated yearly) should suffice.

    A(-1,1) B(8,7) As you should know: AC means c-a AB means b-a lets say coordinates of C is (x,y) So AC = 2AB means: c-a = 2(b-a) ... so putting that together: x - -1 = 2 ( 8 - - 1) y - 1 = 2 (7 - 1) So.. X + 1 = 2(9) Y-1 = 2(6) x = 17 y = 13
