May have forgotten to put essay number?

Hello everyone. I just sat for my EL exam on Monday and I MAY have forgotten to write my question number for the Essay (Sect C) in Paper1. I am not too sure if I had written it. What will happen in the worst case scenario? Please help me especially if you have encountered such problems...
