May have forgotten to put essay number?

Hello everyone. I just sat for my EL exam on Monday and I MAY have forgotten to write my question number for the Essay (Sect C) in Paper1. I am not too sure if I had written it. What will happen in the worst case scenario? Please help me especially if you have encountered such problems before(you know the feels...) Thanks alot !

The Examiners are kindhearted humans.. if they can easily tell from the subject matter which topic you've chosen, then no problems... needless to say, you should be more careful, though! Now go catch some zzz's
