Why are Physics 9702 GT marks different?

There are supposed to be 270 total marks across the 5 papers (40+60+40+100+40), but in all the GTs (e.g. http://papers.xtremepapers.com/CIE/Cambridge%20International%20A%20and%20AS%20Level/Physics%20%289702%29/9702_w12_gt.pdf), it says that Why?
