economics mcq !!! plzz help

The answer is " C ".Because a developing country is characterized by overdependence on primary sector and less dependent on tertiary sector.In this question agricultural sector is the answer because it relates its self to primary sector which indirectly means dat the country is rather developing...

how can interest help achieve price stability or contolled inflation in an economy... this sort of question is expected to come in tomorrows paper 1 of economics.guys help me out with this , imma stuck wid this question for very long :(
