It doesn't matter. You just need to solve the whole paper in 2 hours; order of questions don't matter at all :)

I mean, things that don't relate to the A2 part of the syllabus at all. Like... lets say... infectious diseases. Do you think that CIE might give us a 10 mark question on tuberculosis in our exam on the 30th and expect us to know it?
