    Question in Chemistry ppr4 urgent plz.

    its the same thing. +ve terminal is the right hand terminal where ions gets reduced and are good oxidising agents -ve terminal is the left hand terminal where substance are oxidised..thats why the less positive or negative E value are always from the left hand cell.

    alrite!KOH is compound that readily dissolves exothermically in water .it is a CO2 and H2O absorbent..it absorbed water and co2 from the air when placed in..which means the gas we have left is excess o2..

    wait!how come you guyz wrote O2 as a combustion product?i dint do that..aaaahh..i figured the combustion products were co2 and h2o.the gas was water vapour.the physical state symbol for the combustion products are both gas.am i wrong?
