    How was Physics/12 paper?

Are you mad? Have you checked June 2012 and Nov 2012 GTs? Both 25 and below. For variant 12.

    How was Physics/12 paper?

Exam was very lengthy. All the questions were doable but time was too short. I don't expect GT more than 26. It was almost like November 2012 and it's GT was 25.

But this will not be the current across ammeter. Current across ammeter will be the voltage multiplied by resistance here as it is paralled and voltage is same across all. I = V/R = 12/2 = 6. B gives 4.5 ohms. C gives 4. A gives 2.4

Assumed the voltage provided is 12V. You can assume any voltage but 12V proves to be easy so I use this. Now calculated total resistance of each arrangement, and calculated the total current in the circuit. I will do for the D part. R= (1/1 + 1/2 + 1/2)^ -1 = 0.5 I= V/R = 12/0.5 = 24

P1 MCQ's preparation thread for chemistry ONLY!!!!

Sulphuric Acid reacts as an acid only as it does not oxidise the HCl formed. In reactions with NaBr and NaI the products are further oxidised.

P1 MCQ's preparation thread for chemistry ONLY!!!!

First one is a tertiary alcohol. If you draw out the structure you would see that it cannot be dehydrated as the carbon adjacent to the carbon which is attached to OH group has no H attached. The second one can be dehydrated using Sulpuric Acid.

P1 MCQ's preparation thread for chemistry ONLY!!!!

In the first reaction SO2 reduces Cl2 to HCL. So it is stronger reducing agent than Cl2. SO2 > Cl2 In the second reaction H2S reduces Cl2 to HCl. So it is stronger than Cl2. H2S > Cl2 In third reaction H2S reduces SO2 to S. So it's stronger than SO2. H2S> SO2 H2S> SO2> Cl2

    Hey people

If you want to go in Engineering, you need maths. Chemistry and Physics are compulsary for all other fields (except business ofcourse). I'd say give maths because Physics is so much maths and I see Biology students struggle alot at Physics because they don't have the maths knowledge.
