9709 Mathematics P3 O/N 2004 [Q3 (iii)]

I solved the first part and got a = -3
i did the second part and got the other factor of p(x) (i.e. 2x^2 + x + 2)
now i didn't understand the (iii) part and the marking scheme is not clear :unknown:
Please can anyone help :D ?

it would be (2x^2+x+2)(x-2)>0
so x-2>0
or 2x^2+x+2>0
so ur anser would be
x>2
since the quadratic has no solutions, try it 2x^2+x+2>0 has no solutions well real anyway
