A and A*

Does anybody know what are the minimum marks required for securing an A and an A* in sciences and in languages (urdu, english) ?

Is there a difference between the sciences and the languages ? I though A was above 80% and A* was above 90 %.

yes of course its based on percentile but its lyk the standard percentages which r mentioned in syllabus.

well yeah the percentile is important cuz last year many came back after paper stating that they did not have a really good paper but it turns out they scored A*s..
