A/Level - Fsc trouble!!

I'm an O Level student, and I'm not sure if I should go for Fsc or A Levels for college. I want to be a doc, so for medicine in Pakistan, Fsc is handier, right ? bcuz of the marks reduction scenario?Won't the different paper pattern give me trouble? Also, is there marks reduction for engineering too? Thnx in advance.

I know about engineering and not medical,
there is no reduction of percentage but the seats for A level students are limited !
