To be honest, you can't really predict A level grades from your IGCSE grades and I have a lot of examples to conclude that. One of my friends got A* in IGCSE Mathematics and now in A Level, he got a C. Another of my friend also got A* in IGCSE and he got the achiever's award for top in the world in it and still he got A in A Level. I myself got A* in IGCSE and got A* in A Level. So as you can see it doesn't depend on your previous grade, it all depends on how hard you work for it in A Levels. I've seen people with C's and D's in IGCSE get A's in A Level. If I have to put the difficulty difference between A Level and IGCSE Mathematics, I would say A Levels is more than 10 times harder. The syllabus is very vast and hard at the same time, but with proper preparation and hard work it's not impossible.

Some would say I'm just trying to intimidate you but this is what I was told when I started my first class of A Levels and I still believe it holds true for fresh A Level students.
